Returns and refunds

Every poster is printed when you order it, at the press nearest you. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which is good for the paper and awkward for returns — so here is exactly where you stand.

If it arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong

Email tex@texs.org with a photo. You get a replacement or your money back, whichever you would rather have. Don't post it back — sending a damaged A0 print across the world helps nobody, and the photo is all I need.

Tubes take knocks. If the parcel looks like it lost a fight, photograph it before you open it if you can, but a photo of the print is enough.

If it hasn't printed yet

Orders go to the press quickly, but not instantly. Email within a few hours and if it hasn't started, I'll cancel it and refund you in full, no questions.

If you simply changed your mind

Once it's printed, it exists because you asked for it, and there's no shelf to put it back on. So change-of-mind returns aren't something I can offer as a rule. Email me anyway — if it hasn't shipped there may be something I can do, and I'd rather hear from you than not.

If it never arrives

Everything ships tracked, and you'll get the number by email when it moves. If tracking stalls or the parcel goes missing, tell me and I'll chase the carrier or reprint it. You don't have to do that part yourself.

How long you have

Fourteen days from the day it lands, for anything above. If you're outside that and something is genuinely wrong with the print, still email me.
