Privacy

Short version: there are no trackers on this site, and the only personal information collected is what it takes to print a poster and post it to you.

What's collected, and why

When you buy something: your name, your postal address and your email address. The address goes to the press so the poster can be printed near you and posted to you. The email is for the receipt and the tracking number.

That's the whole list. You don't need an account to buy a poster.

Your card details

Never touch this site. The card fields in the checkout are Stripe's own, served from Stripe, and the number goes straight to them. I never see it and it is never stored here.

Who else sees your information

Each of them gets only what they need to do their part. Nothing is sold, rented, or handed to anyone else, and there is nobody on this list whose job is advertising.

No tracking

No analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no third-party scripts watching you read. This isn't a policy position I'm describing — there simply aren't any on the page.

Cookies and what's stored in your browser

Which language you last read the sheet in is kept in your browser's local storage, so it opens the way you left it. That never leaves your machine.

There's one cookie, and only if you sign in as a texs.org member. It keeps you signed in across texs.org and nothing else.

How long it's kept

Order records stay as long as I need them for tax and for sorting out problems with old orders. Nothing beyond that.

Seeing it or deleting it

Email tex@texs.org and ask. I'll tell you what's held against your address, or delete it — the only thing I can't remove is what tax records require me to keep.
